- Floral Valley Community Center: Located at 850 Crestrose Drive, the community center offers an indoor pool, a game and lounge area, a meeting space, and a gathering area used for community events and club activities. Seasonal activities include roller skating when scheduled.
- Apple Valley Marina: The full-service marina at 2925 Apple Valley Drive offers boat fuel, supplies, service, docking and storage. Pontoon rentals are available to property owners in good standing, subject to availability and current requirements.
- Bennett Park: Located at 1720 Apple Valley Drive, Bennett park offers a fishing pond and pier, a picnic shelter with tables and a grill, and a playground overlooking the pond. It’s a great place to fish, grill out for a BBQ, gather with family and friends, and let the kids play on the playground.
- Community clubhouse, outdoor pool and fitness center: Located at 3725 Apple Valley Drive, the community clubhouse offers a fitness center, outdoor pool, and playground. The lakefront common area also has a picnic space and temporary docking for your boat.
- Three swimming beaches: Three strategically located beaches around the lake offer convenient access for all Apple Valley residents and their guests. The locations include Sutton Beach, Davis Beach and King Beach. King Beach is the more popular destination, with sand volleyball, a playground, ample picnic shelters, boat docks, and a large beach.
- Boat launches and common docks: Four boat launches and common docks serve the community. Common docks are for temporary docking only; they are separate from a private dock belonging to an individual property.
